Audi of America is thrilling its customers with a new “European Delivery Program.“ Now American customers can pick up their new vehicles at Audi’s headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany. This applies to all models sold in the USA.
In Germany, customers will get a detailed look behind the curtains of “Audi World“—either by taking a factory tour or by visiting the museum. The first customers, Greig and Nicole Fahnlander from the Seattle, Washington area, have already stopped by to pick up their Audi Q7 in Ingolstadt.
"My wife and I are big Audi fans. This SUV is already our second one with the famous four rings," Greig Fahnlander proudly reported. And, "It’s fantastic to be here and experience Audi live.
Especially the factory tour, that was very impressive." More automobile highlights awaited the Fahnlanders, like taking the opportunity at “Audi Drivers’ Day“ to experience the power and comfort of the Audi S8. They then drove their brand new SUV on the autobahn across Europe.
Before Audi customers fly back to America, they can drop off their vehicles at any of the 20 different car return stations across Europe. The vehicles are then exported to the US where the customers can pick them up at their local dealership. The packaged deal is a hit with customers. Fahnlander comments, "I definitely recommend this program. We will certainly be picking up our next Audi again in Germany."
